Tour de France: Peter Sagan wins stage 16 as Chris Froome keeps lead


Green jersey holder Peter Sagan won a 3rd stage at this year's Tour DE France as ruling champion Chris Froome maintained the yellow jersey. Slovak Sagan beat Alexander Kristoff in an exceedingly finish, with the Norwegian ab initio thinking he had won, when a chaotic finish to stage sixteen in capital of Switzerland. Manxman Mark Cavendish, victorious on weekday, was in competition with 500m left, however couldn't mount a challenge. Froome finished safely to stay his overall lead of 1 minute forty seven seconds.
